2. 15 days training

As a valued member of our team we will set aside 15 days a year for you to focus on developing the skills and knowledge you need to provide an outstanding service to the children and young people of Rotherham.

With a lower caseload, our social workers see children and families more frequently, giving our staff more time to dedicate to building relationships that matter. Our practitioners focus on fewer clients, ensuring those who need us most get the attention they need.

We have a supportive team culture. Our teams work very closely together and help each other out, in addition there is an advanced practitioner post in nearly every team to provide an environment that allows for regular coaching and mentoring. Real team players apply within!
